Abrasion Resistant (AR) steel plate is manufactured in the as-rolled condition, specifically developed for extended service life in demanding environments. These steel plate products are ideal for applications in mining, quarrying, conveyors, material handling, construction, and earthmoving operations.

Application Areas

AR400: Premium abrasion resistant steel plates with heat treatment and through-hardening. Features improved forming and welding capabilities.
AR450: Used in applications requiring slightly greater strength than AR400 while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance.
AR500: Suitable for demanding mining, forestry, and construction applications with high impact requirements.
AR600: Utilized in extreme wear areas including aggregate removal, mining operations, and manufacturing of buckets and wear bodies.
