We specialize in processing various thick plate cutting applications including squares, flanges, plates, bearings, gear boxes, reduction boxes, and other mechanical parts and steel structure components, with monthly transaction volumes reaching 20,000 tons.
We primarily engage in thick plate, round steel, and steel pipe CNC cutting processing business, integrating distribution services. Our main products include alloy plates (40Cr/35CrMo/42CrMo/65Mn), container boards, boiler plates (Q245R/Q345R), structural plates (Q235A/B), low alloy steels (Q345B/Q345C/Q345D/Q345E/Q690D), carbon plates (45#), and wear-resistant plates (NM360/NM400/NM450/NM500) in thickness ranges from 1mm to 400mm.
With years of cutting experience, we deliver finished products with high precision, clean cuts, and minimal processing allowances. Our expanded facility now includes 6 large CNC flame and plasma cutting machines along with multiple small CNC equipment to meet customer quantity and quality requirements. For material traceability, we can provide full video documentation of the cutting process upon customer request.
