EN 10207 Specification Details
- EN 10207 covers steels for simple pressure vessels, defined as any welded vessel subject to internal gauge pressure greater than 0.5 bar intended to contain air or nitrogen without firing.
- Steel certified to EN 10207 P265S is available as plate, cut plate, or profiles (cut shapes).
- EN 10207 P265S is pressure-purpose steel with minimum yield strength of 265 MPa and specified mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.
- Material is delivered in normalized condition or equivalent condition obtained by normalized rolling.
