- Excellent performance at normal temperatures with good resistance to oxidizing and carburizing atmospheres
Heat Resistance
- Excellent oxidation resistance: up to 1040°C in intermittent service and 1150°C in continuous service
- Superior resistance to thermal fatigue and cyclic heating
- Ideal for applications involving sulphur dioxide gas at elevated temperatures
- Optimal performance starting from 800-900°C, exceeding capabilities of 304H and 321 grades
- Continuous use in 425-860°C range not recommended due to carbide precipitation
