Fabrication Characteristics
Grade 904L stainless steel features high purity with low sulphur content, enabling machining using standard methods. The material can be readily cold-bent to small radii. While subsequent annealing is typically unnecessary, it is recommended for fabrication under severe stress corrosion cracking conditions.
