ASTM A240 Hot Rolled Stainless Steel 321 Plate SUS321 Plate
Grade 321/321H Stainless Steel Sheet UNS S32100 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel designed for high-temperature service in the 1000-1600°F range. This grade offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.
Product Overview
321 stainless steel is commonly used for high-temperature applications and can be stabilized at 1550-1650°F for optimal corrosion resistance. It welds readily using common methods including submerged arc welding with appropriate AWS ER347 and E347 fillers. The material has a machinability rating of 45% relative to AISI B1112.
