For stock products: 2-5 days after receiving deposit or T/T payment. For common materials requiring new production: 7-10 days. For special and rare materials: 15-20 days.

Yes, samples are available with samples' charge and courier fee paid by the buyer.
Q3. What's your payment terms?
30% TT down payment with 70% TT balance or L/C.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT (3-5 days delivery). Airline and sea shipping also available. For mass products, ship freight is preferred.
Q5. Can you accept customization?
Yes, products can be customized according to customer requirements.
Q6. How to ensure the quality?
Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. Third Party Inspection or SGS inspection is available upon request.
