Introduction
926 stainless steel (UNS S32654 / EN 1.4529) is a super-austenitic stainless steel alloyed with high chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen. It offers exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich environments, surpassing standard grades like 316L and 904L. The addition of copper enhances its resistance to sulfuric acid.
