ASTM EN UNS N08904 ERW Pipes Suppliers, Seamless 904L Stainless Steel Tube DN10 - DN400
904L Stainless Steel Seamless and ERW Pipe is made up of a nickel chromium alloy that has lower carbon content. The lower carbon content enables the pipes to be welded with ease without the risk of localized corrosion due to the reduced carbide precipitation during welding.
We are one of the 904L Stainless Steel Pipe Suppliers and we supply the pipes in different types and dimensions. The material has 23% nickel, 19% chromium, carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and 4% molybdenum in the composition with nitrogen in 0.1% as well. The 904L Stainless Steel Tube gets the corrosion resistance and the strength from the composition. The material has 220MPa yield strength and 490MPa tensile strength. The material also has 70-90 Rockwell B hardness score. The Stainless Steel 904L Tubing belongs to ASTM B673 specification.
The dimensions of the tubes vary according to the ASTM, ASME and API standards. The pipes range from ½ inches to 16 inches in nominal bore size for seamless pipes, ½ to 24 inches for ERW pipes and 6 to 100 inches for electric fusion welded pipes. The sizes range from 1/8 inches to 30 inches. These ASTM B677 UNS N08904 ERW Pipes are specialized as larger diameter pipes. There are varying schedules from sch20 through XXS.
