20CrNiMoA SAE8620H Steel Round Rod / Hot Rolled Alloy Bar

SAE 8620 is an alloy construction steel according to Chinese Standard (Code: A50202). This steel round bar offers high hardenability without fragility after tempering, excellent weldability, superior machinability, and cold strain plasticity.

HR 8620 steel bar is a low carbon nickel chromium molybdenum alloy with exceptional carburized properties, formability, and weldability. As the most widely used carburizing alloy, this cost-effective grade provides high strength case and core toughness due to its nickel content, while chromium and molybdenum support carburizing for excellent surface hardness and wear resistance.
