Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, maintaining precise temperature control within 10ºC tolerance. For optimal performance, we recommend tempering temperatures at least 50°C above intended service temperatures.
