Heat Treatment Assurance

Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, ensuring precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance maintained within 10ºC.

Important Note: It is recommended that the tempering temperature should be at least 100°F [50°C] above the intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C].

Pipes of Grades P1, P2, and P12 (hot finished or cold drawn) may receive final heat treatment at 1200°F[650°C] to 1300°F [705°C] instead of specified treatments. All Grade P5c pipes undergo final heat treatment in the range from 1325°F [715°C] to 1375°F[745°C].
