Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility utilizes a full-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, ensuring precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC.
Important Note: It is recommended that the tempering temperature should be at least 100°F [50°C] above the intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C].
Pipe of Grades P1, P2, and P12 (hot finished or cold drawn) may receive final heat treatment at 1200°F [650°C] to 1300°F [705°C]. All Grade P5c pipes undergo final heat treatment between 1325°F [715°C] to 1375°F [745°C].
Quality Assurance
  • Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
  • 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
  • 100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
