Surface Treatments and Characteristics

Surface Finish	Characteristics and Applications
NO.2B	Superior surface brightness and flatness compared to NO.2D. Enhanced mechanical properties through special surface treatment, suitable for comprehensive applications.
NO.1	Heat treatment and pickling finish after hot rolling process.
NO.4	Polished with #150-#180 grit abrasive belt, providing good brightness with discontinuous coarse striations. Used for bathtubs, building ornaments, appliances, kitchen utensils, and food processing equipment.
HL	Polished with #150-#320 grit abrasive belt on NO.4 finish, featuring continuous streaks. Primarily used for building ornaments, elevators, doors, and frontal plates.
BA	Cold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed finish with excellent brightness and mirror-like reflectivity. Ideal for kitchen apparatus and decorative applications.
8K	Premium brightness and superior mirror-like reflectivity for high-end applications.
