Surface Finish Characteristics and Applications
NO.2B Superior brightness and flatness compared to NO.2D, with enhanced mechanical properties through special surface treatment. Suitable for comprehensive applications.
NO.1 Heat-treated and pickled surface after hot rolling process.
NO.4 Polished with #150-#180 grit abrasive belt, providing good brightness with discontinuous coarse striations. Used for bathtubs, building ornaments, appliances, kitchen utensils, and food processing equipment.
HL Polished with #150-#320 grit on NO.4 finish, featuring continuous streaks. Ideal for building ornaments, elevators, doors, and frontal plates.
BA Cold rolled, bright annealed, and skin-passed for excellent brightness and mirror-like reflectivity. Perfect for kitchen apparatus and decorative applications.
8K Excellent brightness and superior mirror-like reflectivity.
